At Kick Game, we offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn sneakers and apparel provided they are returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all security tags intact. Please note that limited edition releases and high-value items may be subject to additional verification before a refund is processed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping container to ensure the product packaging remains pristine.

• 3.
  Ship to Kick Game

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
